Meet Thez Santos
Thez Santos was born and raised in the Philippines. She came from a very poor family, the 9th out of 12 siblings. Thez grew up seeing her parents work their tail off 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During the difficult times, the family would only eat rice and soy sauce. Together as a family, with courage, determination, the resistance to remain poor and guidance from above, they managed to get through the hardship and began claiming the promise reserved for them. Thez Santos has been blessed with four God fearing kids. As a single parent, she raised all of her children with no support, assistance or alimony whatsoever. She said, "...What I've got is the greatest weapon on earth - the FAITH and the COURAGE that I CAN DO IT! I bow down acknowledging our GOD for the GUIDANCE , the STRENGTH and the GRACE raising my children. In 1997, Thez and her children immigrated to the United States.
While living in the Philippines, she was the Founder and CEO for Brent Realty. When she came to the United States, she worked as a Realtor until she was able to open her own TS Global Realty in 2002. After 22+ years in Real Estate, Thez is still passionate and committed as ever. She continues to follow her path of serving others. Her friends say, "she's organic" as she came to California without any single sphere of influence and made it to the top by passionately helping families achieve their dream of home ownership. Thez Santos treats every single client as her only client and offers guaranteed quality service, which is the reason why she receives repeat business year after year after year. She follows the rule of sowing and reaping.
